SCAM WARNING: "Debit Card Deactivated" Phone Scam
Members have reported receiving a phone call claiming that their debit card has been deactivated. They are then instructed to enter their debit card number and PIN. If you receive a similar call, hang up immediately. THIS IS A SCAM. Remember that GCU will never ask for your card number, PIN or password. If you believe you may have given out your information, please call us as soon as possible so we can help prevent fraud on your account.
